4. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency.

Payments must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Creative and Professional Services

Where we provide creative, design, automation or consultancy services:

  • Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing.
  • Project schedules depend upon timely client feedback and information.
  • Delays caused by missing information or approvals may extend delivery dates.

Reasonable revisions may be included where stated in the relevant proposal or quotation.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Review deliverables within a reasonable time.
  • Ensure that any materials you provide do not infringe the rights of others.

  • Accounting advice.
  • Tax advice.
  • Employment advice.
  • Regulatory advice.
  • Compliance certification.
  • Cybersecurity certification.

Any recommendations provided should be considered alongside appropriate professional advice where necessary.

10. No Guarantee of Results

We aim to provide high-quality services, practical recommendations, and professional solutions based on the information available at the time of delivery.

However, every business is different. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Revenue or profit increases.
  • Business growth.
  • Lead generation results.
  • Cost savings.
  • Operational efficiencies.

Purchasing a product or service grants you the licence described within the product or proposal. Ownership of intellectual property is not transferred unless expressly stated in writing.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, modify for resale, sublicense, or claim ownership of our work except where expressly permitted.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website, products, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose.

16. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted or the files have been downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Custom Services

For website design, creative commissions, automation projects, operational assessments, consultancy, and other bespoke services, refunds may be considered only where work has not yet commenced.

Where work has already begun, any refund will be at our sole discretion and may take into account the work completed and costs incurred.

If you believe a product or service has been supplied incorrectly or is materially defective, please contact us within fourteen (14) days so that we can investigate and work towards a fair resolution.

17. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing personal information responsibly.
